Mazda Hot Lap Challenge Brings iRacing Simulators To Lime Rock Park's Memorial Day Weekend Season Opener

iRacing.com and Mazda Motorsports are teaming up to give you the chance to get behind the wheel of a racing simulator and, if you have the best time, on track in a real race car.

The Mazda Hot Lap Challenge runs from April through October 2018 with seven qualifying events, one of which is at Lime Rock Park on May 25 and 28 during the Pirelli World Challenge. This at-track qualifying will take place in the Mazda display area on the Midway  where two, iRacing simulators will be set up. Those with the fastest iRacing laps from each weekend will be compared and the fastest overall will win a VIP trip to the 2019 Rolex 24 at Daytona. The at-track and online qualifiers will compete at Daytona to see who will earn the grand prize of a test in a Global Mazda MX-5 Cup car later in 2019.
