
The expert panel at USA TODAY selected Historic Festival at Lime Rock Park as a contender for the "Best Car Show," a newly launched category. The Readers' Choice contest is being promoted by USA TODAY, gives voters four weeks to vote for the candidate of their choice at https://www.10best.com/awards/travel/best-car-show-2019. You may vote once a day for the run of the contest. Voting ends Monday, July 15th and the winners will be announced on 10Best on Friday, July 26th, then later on USA TODAY.
Additional nominees include Amelia (Fla.) Concours D'Elegance; the Greenwhich (Conn.) Concours D'Elegance; and the Pebble Beach Concours D'Elegance in Monterey, Calif.
Historic Festival's Sunday In The Park Concours d’Elegance and the Gathering of the Marques is one of the largest showing of motorcars in the Northeast. According to organizers, more than 1,000 motorcars and motorcycles are expected to be showcased along the 1.5-mile Lime Rock Park track.
Sunday in the Park is segmented into two parts: the Concours d’ Elegance, a showcase of nearly 300 outstanding and rare entries that will be judged with class winners honored during an award ceremony, and the Gathering of the Marques with 800-plus vintage and historic cars of all types.
