Applications are now open for the Lime Rock Concours, one of the premier concours d’élégance events on the East Coast and the only concours held on September 6 on a competition circuit in the middle of a race weekend at Lime Rock Park.

Set against the lush hills of Northwest Connecticut during Historic Festival 44 (September 4-7), the Lime Rock Concours brings together an exceptional lineup of beautiful and historically significant automobiles, carefully curated into classes and judged for the coveted Best in Show Award.

A Concours Like No Other

What sets the Lime Rock Concours apart is its setting. While most concours events unfold on manicured lawns alone, this one lives at the heart of an active race weekend. Surrounded by the sounds and spirit of historic competition, entrants display their vehicles on the same grounds where legends have raced for nearly 70 years.

Vehicles are judged on multiple factors including:

• Beauty and overall presentation
• Technical sophistication
• Provenance and historical importance
• Originality and accuracy
• Quality of restoration or preservation

In keeping with Lime Rock Park’s racing heritage, appropriate consideration is also given to utility and function, honoring machines that were built not just to be admired but to be driven.

2026 Featured Emphasis: Alfa Romeo

This year’s Concours places special emphasis on Alfa Romeo, aligning with the Honored Marque for Historic Festival 44.
