There you have it, five days of motoring magnificence that was Historic Festival 35 Presented by the Prestige Family of Fine Cars.
One can safely say today’s weather was, well, tremendous; perfect for the final 18 races of the Festival.
Over the entire Thursday through Monday event, the Thursday race car parade was amazing... the Sunday Dragone Auction was a smash hit... the Formula Junior Diamond Jubilee was brilliant... the Saturday evening 60th Celebration fundraiser was superb and got us well-started on what’s needed for the Legends of Lime Rock Commemorative Area... the Sunday in the Park Concours, sponsored by the good folks at Analog/Shift (vintage watch sellers) was wet but a success nonetheless... and the presence of Honored Guest Richard Attwood and Honored Collector Bruce Meyer was simply splendid.
And here’s the link to Monday’s photos, as shot by Greg Clark, Brian Ciancio and Taylor Kemp. Great work, guys, thank you.
Lastly, look for an email in the not too distant future that’ll have the 2018 Lime Rock Park major event schedule, ok?
In the meantime, stay in touch!
