Lime Rock Park fans who want to get a peek at Sotheby’s The World of Joanne Woodward & Paul Newman exhibit during the Trans Am Memorial Day Classic on Saturday, May 27, can make a $10 donation to the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp. Not only will the donation grant entry into the museum-like exhibit, but donors will also receive a free raffle ticket for a Hot Lap on the 1.5-mile circuit during lunch on Saturday.

Fans can make donations online (here) or cash donations in person at the Information Tent, located on the Midway. 100 percent of the proceeds will go to the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, which was founded by Paul Newman in 1988 with one simple premise in mind: to provide opportunities for children with serious illnesses to experience the transformational spirit and friendships that go hand-in-hand with camp. Please note: for those pre-purchasing, please head to the Info Tent to pick up your wristband for entry to the exhibit. Entry will not be permitted without the proper wristband.

Hole in the Wall Gang Camp is the official charitable partner of Lime Rock Park’s fundraising efforts in 2023. The organization provides multiple Camp experiences to more than 2,000 children and families throughout the year at the facility in Connecticut, in more than 40 hospitals and clinics, directly in camper homes and communities, and through other outreach activities across the Northeast and mid-Atlantic

About the Sotheby’s World of Joanne Woodward & Paul Newman Exhibit

(Full Story) The “World of Joanne Woodward & Paul Newman” exhibit will highlight the personal collection of the former “Hollywood It” couple, including two of Paul’s Rolex Daytona watches, a selection of helmets, racing suits and other memorabilia that Newman used during his storied career.  The museum-like exhibit will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 27 ONLY. Admission is included with a VIP Hospitality ticket. Raffle Information

The donation admission ticket also include an entry to the Saturday Hot Lap drawing. Drawing tickets can be picked up at the Information Tent with proof of purchase of exhibit admission ticket. The winner must be present at the Information Tent during the drawing to win. The drawing is tentatively scheduled at NOON on Saturday, May 27. Hot Lap participants must be 18 years of age or older.
