Lime Rock Park Completes Radical Cup Calendar

A three-day standalone event at Lime Rock Park, August 6-8, completes the 2026 Radical Cup North America schedule. The trip to the beautiful Berkshires – the scenic highland region renowned for weekend retreats, outdoor recreation, wineries and small-town charm – adds another destination event to the calendar, which already features a mix of bucket-list tracks and high-profile events.

Ensuring the visit to the Northeast is well worth it, Thursday will feature a four-hour Radical only open pitlane test adding to the already impressive track time of an hour of practice, followed by qualifying and three 40-minute races. (Tickets)

And with racing over by Saturday afternoon, drivers and their partners will be able to experience the best that The Berkshires has to offer Saturday night and Sunday.

“Radical Cup was an instant fan favorite last year at Lime Rock Park,” commented Radical Motorsport’s Tom Drewer, “and the ‘Bullring in the Berkshires’ proved to be one of the most demanding, yet picturesque and charming venues of the season, surprising many who attended our season finale. We’re delighted to have one of America’s most storied circuits back on the calendar.”

The USAC sanctioned series features Le Mans style multi-class prototype racing, and attracts young karters in addition to seasoned country club and regional racers, all looking to make a mark. An impressive alumni list includes 2025 Rolex 24 at Daytona winner in LMP2, George Kurtz, as well as current INDYNXT driver Jordan Missig.

The 2026 season starts at Sebring, March 5-8, before visiting the West Coast wine country of Sonoma, April 10-12, supporting INDYCAR at Road America, June 18,21, taking on the home of Petit Le Mans Road Atlanta, July 23-25, heading to Lime Rock Park, August 6-8 for the penultimate round, and finishing out the season in style alongside the FIA World Endurance Championship at COTA, September 4-6.

New for this year, the 1500cc SR3s has been split into two distinct classes – Gold for drivers over 30 and Pro 1500 for young-guns under 30. Classes also exist for SR3 1340 and SR10 machines.

Tickets for the three-day race event are just $25. Active military, veterans and children 12 and younger are free.
