A guided, safety-first introduction to high-performance driving. Classroom instruction, coached laps, and controlled open track time at Lime Rock Park for drivers ready to take their first real step into racing.

PROGRAM DETAILS

The Intro to Racing program is a structured, confidence-building way to experience Lime Rock Park’s iconic 1.5 mile road course at speed!

Designed for first-timers on Lime Rock Park’s 1.5 mile circuit, the day blends classroom instruction with paced laps, live on-track coaching, and controlled open lapping. All drivers must complete an Autocross Lapping Day or Track Tapas ahead of Intro to Racing & receive signoff from an instructor to participate.

You’ll learn the fundamentals of safety, vehicle dynamics, racing lines, and flag communication; then immediately apply them on track under the guidance of experienced Lime Rock instructors. The result is a fast, fun, and approachable introduction to real performance driving in a professional environment.
